ABSTRACT.
Venture capital is an important means to cultivate and bring up the development of high-tech industry in the capital market. In the specific practice of venture capital, the key to improve the success rate of investment is to evaluate its risk. This research is based on the basic method and principle of AHP, and then provides reasonable and applicable ideas and basis for venture capital risk assessment. By using the principle of AHP, the venture capital risk assessment model is established, which can transform the venture capitalist’s experience into objective digital results on the basis of subjective judgment experience of venture capitalists, so as to provide suitable risk assessment tools for venture capital and make the assessment process more accurate and rational. Then it analyzes and classifies the operation mechanism of venture capital, summarizes and analyzes the possible external and internal risk factors in the operation process of venture capital, and evaluates the key risk factors of venture capital.
