ABSTRACT.
Be aimed at the insufficient oxygenation capacity and the contradiction between oxygenation capacity and the power in the current mechanical aerator treatment process, this paper designs a surface aerator with NACA0012 airfoil as blade section according to the operation law of the blade fluid. Through FLUENT software, the movement speed and oxygenation efficiency of the blades with different immersion depth, different time and different inclination angle are simulated and analyzed, and the operation status of the aerator under various experimental parameters is studied through experiments, and the highest dynamic efficiency points under multiple conditions are obtained, which points out the direction for the optimal design of the series of aerators.
