ABSTRACT.
In the face of the new control system of the turbo-ram composite engine control system, the effective controller hardware simulation test in the loop simulation during system development and test can reduce the risk and cost of trial and flight tests. According to the requirements of the turbo-ram composite engine’s flight and propulsion system integration control hardware in the loop simulation, this article built a modular simulation system software and hardware structure with a scalable interface, and its framework is given priority with PXI device and VeriStand software. We developed a series of custom software module, signal conditioning conversion hardware modules, and designed a scheme of interface simulation modular step-by-step implementation. We break down the interface simulation implementation into the dynamic nonlinear simulation, signal simulation, and connecting characteristic simulation, and the three parts were respectively implemented in the form of the module of in hardware and software layer.
