ABSTRACT.
The institutional arrangement of corporate governance structure is an important part of the implementation of accounting standards, which has a great impact on the quality of accounting information. Based on this paper, principal component analysis is proposed to study the implementation of accounting standards and corporate governance structure. Firstly, this paper briefly analyzes the current research progress of corporate governance structure. Combined with the existing research results, this paper puts forward the influence of various factors of corporate governance structure on the value of accounting earnings, including management compensation, equity structure, rights distribution, etc., and establishes a price model and compensation model to analyze. Based on the data of the listed companies from 2013 to 2015 in the resset database and CSMAR database, this paper makes an empirical analysis, which proves that the corporate governance structure in the implementation of accounting standards has many influences on the value of accounting earnings, and that the quality of corporate governance is positively related to the value of accounting earnings.
