ABSTRACT.
In this paper, based on the fuzzy mathematical model, the performance evaluation of college students’ employment management was studied and analyzed. Then by quantifying the indicators, the fuzzy mathematical model was applied to the establishment of the evaluation index system of employment management in colleges and universities. The evaluation standard based on mathematical model is more accurate and objective, and can better reflect the situation of college students’ actual employment, so as to help teachers in Colleges and universities better improve the employment guidance for college graduates.
