ABSTRACT.
In the vigorous development environment of social economy integration, internationalization and diversification, sports industry is also thriving. Since the Olympic Games were held, all the big cities have been competing for the large-scale sports events. However, the success of large sports events is closely related to competition logistics. As time passes, they are increasingly concerned and valued by sports circles, scholars and sports companies. Therefore, based on the understanding of the status of logistics major sports events at home and abroad, this paper was analyzed by examples, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the teaching model, in-depth layout, plan, and design, the mode of operation of the sports logistics was established, so as to decide the best order interval time and order quantity.
