ABSTRACT.
In the continuous heating up and retail network, competition in the e-commerce market is very strong. In the online retail market, the market share of e-commerce has been gradually increasing, the scale has increased significantly. It has become a development of major e-commerce. What is the customer satisfaction of products and services, customer expectations, and provides measures to meet the requirements. This performance indicators, companies effectively manage, it helps to monitor the business. Study evaluates the unfinished quality of e-commerce services, it does not form a scientific theoretical system and method. This problem is, on use extension theory effectively solve the quantitative evaluation of the quality of e-commerce services, to establish a quality assessment model of e-commerce services. For this reason, companies in order to grasp the customer satisfaction, we need a representative measures and reliability. In the current study, we will provide a predictive model to determine the company’s products and customer satisfaction (the complaints). For bisected (satisfactory / unsatisfactory) the nature of the dependent variable, multivariate technology, is a powerful tool in the multiple logit models transformation regression, it has been applied for verification.
