ABSTRACT.
Human Resource Management (HRM) is the practice of hiring to manage efficient employees in the organization. Human resource management is often abbreviated as Human Resource (HR). The primary concern of a human resource manager is staff hiring. When selecting job recruitment processes, when HR selecting an unqualified candidate, it has lots of damage to the organizations economically, so they want to choose perfect candidates. In the past, organizing tests and hiring staff based on experience work was particularly such as personality tests, intelligence tests, skill tests, etc., it is a time-consuming process. The proposed Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method (FCEM) used to energy and capacity management talent of the hiring. FCEM helps ensure the right people hiring are in the right place at the right time in a changing environment. According to the fuzzy evolution logic results, it always comes down to meeting the educational needs, the needs of the employee’s requirements, and the job requirements of the company that may be convenient and economical to determine the method. At present, the quality of hire can successfully determine based on education, experience, and Extra activities. FCEM successfully ensures the right people hiring are in the right place at the right time in a changing environment.
