ABSTRACT.
The athlete’s anaerobic threshold power indicator slowly rose, eventually reaching a plateau and rushed up. Reasonable cycle-wise placement of training content, the heavy load has a significant impact on improving the aerobic ability of a player and the strength of a player to perform their search. It is based on a gradient descent algorithm to iterate the underlying learning and optimize the appropriate input and output metrics.
