ABSTRACT.
Quality issues are about the lifeblood of the business, which is the key to improve quality performance and strengthen organization quality specific immune of manufacturing enterprises. Based on the immune perspective, this study uses mathematical approaches and methods of system dynamics simulation, selects three components of organization quality cognition and monitor, organization quality defense and organization quality memory, establishes organization quality specific immune system dynamics mode. The factors that affect organization quality specific immune of manufacturing enterprises are empirically explored. The simulation results of system dynamics show that the levels of organization quality cognition and monitor, organization quality defense and organization quality memory have been improved to different degrees. The improvement of organization quality specific immune directly promotes the improvement of organization quality performance, while the quality performance level has been greatly improved. This study uses system dynamics methods to carry out the influencing factors of organization quality specific immune of manufacturing enterprises, and provides new enlightenment and simulation basis for the improvement of quality performance of manufacturing enterprises.
