ABSTRACT.
Service-oriented manufacturing has become one of the development trends of manufacturing enterprises in the contemporary world. Therefore, how enterprises develop service-oriented manufacturing and how service-oriented manufacturing elements affect enterprise comprehensive performance has become the research hotspot. Improved balanced score card method was put forward to build evaluation index of enterprise comprehensive performance under the background of service-oriented manufacturing. The theoretical model about the relationship between service-oriented manufacturing elements and enterprise comprehensive performance was constructed by using structural equation model (SEM), and the research hypotheses were formed by the theoretical analysis. SPSS19.0 was applied to analyze reliability and validity of collected data from 216 valid questionnaires of agricultural machinery enterprises in Henan Province, and LISREL17.0 was used to verify the theoretical model. The impact mechanism of service-oriented manufacturing elements on comprehensive performance of agricultural machinery enterprises was obtained, and it can provide theoretical basis for the research on service-oriented manufacturing implementation in the enterprises.
