ABSTRACT.
Due to the superposition of multiple external factors, the global stock market has fluctuated greatly from the past years. With the downturn in the A-share market, the public fund industry has also entered a cold winter. What followed was that customers of various fund products complained and opened a comment area of the fund sales platform to find out their dissatisfaction with the fund products. Unexpectedly, in the face of customer complaints, we did not see targeted customers complaining about the response correctly. It must be said that the sales management of public funds has great deficiencies in customer complaint management. In this paper, we make research and analyze the complaints of the public fund industry customers using python solutions, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the public fund industry; Also, we found from the results that both theoretical and practical significance of the finding factors are crucial important.
