ABSTRACT.
As sustainable social investment has become a new focus, the number of companies measuring and reporting environmental, social and governance (ESG) data from environmental data such as water consumption has grown exponentially worldwide. Improving the level of water resources management according to law has attracted more and more attention for the importance of planning, design and operation of water resources system to national welfare. This paper presents a new water resources system with the fractional order. The local stability of equilibrium is analyzed by introducing some Routh-Hurwitz conditions in the fractional-order system and bifurcation condition is obtained in the fractional-order water resources system as the parameter changes. The generalized synchronization between two water resources systems with the identical fractional order is built via active hybrid control and the generalized synchronization between two water resources systems with the distinct fractional orders is also given via adaptive control. The numerical examples verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller schemes. Providing basis for perfecting water resources legislation.
