ABSTRACT.
Systematic methods are necessary for improving production efficiency .M-type heater line of a heating equipment production enterprise was taken as the research object, and human factors engineering, fishbone diagram, balance. mountain product map, action researches, ECRS (Eliminate; Combine; Rearrange; Simplify), etc. industry engineering technology was used to improve the production efficiency. The results show that the balance of production line is increased14.3%, and the workers is decreased by 6, and the monthly salary is increased by ¥20,000.
