ABSTRACT.
To scientifically construct a professional course system for the elderly nursing service major in secondary vocational schools. Expert questionnaires were formed through literature review and interviews, and 15 experts were consulted by Delphi method for 2 rounds. The positivity coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.75 and 1.00, the authority coefficients of expert consultation were 0.895, and the Kendall coordination coefficient of the second round was 0.485. The professional course system of the elderly nursing service major in secondary vocational schools was preliminarily constructed, with a total of 4 curriculum modules and 18 courses, including 5 courses in the professional basic course module, 7 courses in the professional core course module, 4 courses in the professional expansion course module and 2 courses in the internship module. The preliminary professional course system for the elderly nursing major in the secondary vocational schools is job-oriented and focuses on humanistic courses and elderly health care and service courses, with major features, scientific and reasonability, which can provide reference for the training of talents for professional elderly nursing and the development of elderly nursing education in China.
