ABSTRACT.
In order to understand the benefit distribution mechanism of knowledge sharing in innovation networks, the DEA game model is introduced to analyze this. The DEA model is used to utilize the characteristics of multi-input and multi-output decision-making unit planning, and the Shapley value is used to solve the game-relationship of the team members’ knowledge sharing cooperation. The knowledge sharing benefit distribution mechanism is divided into negotiation set, stable set and core. The components of the nucleolus, combined with the data analysis, get the Shapley values of the various subjects of the team, and then the proportion of Shapley values is used to determine the team’s benefit distribution mechanism. Finally, the case team’s knowledge closeness and benefit distribution method are validated. The number of three different types of team members is 1 unit, 2 unit, and 3 unit. When each team member contributes 1 unit, the Shapley value is used to solve the problem. The proportion of the actual benefit contribution of the three types of team members includes the distribution of the synergistic effects. The distribution ratio is reasonable, and the contribution value of A in the knowledge sharing is larger than 11/3. The research shows that the model proposed has practicality and can be applied to the research of benefit distribution mechanism of knowledge sharing in innovation networks.
