ABSTRACT.
With the deepening of urbanization in China, the development of urban buildings has become an inevitable trend, and the control of each stratum has become an essential operation step in the settlement process of existing buildings. Based on the basic characteristics of the existing buildings, this paper tests the basic forms of the karst strata and the surface regularly, and finally forms a basic application test system under the joint action of the grouting lifting law and the fine settlement control model. Then, taking a certain place in our country as an example, this paper substituted each parameter and established index in the model, predicted the surface displacement lifting height and grouting settlement depth under the grouting lifting, tested the lifting model with different variables and vectors, tested the expected effect and the actual effect respectively, and analyzed the displacement development law of grouting lifting in the soluble rock stratum, so as to substitute the existing In the application of settlement refinement control of existing buildings, the relationship function between various parameters is obtained, and the experimental data are obtained to confirm the theoretical accuracy of the expected settlement mode and uplift state, aiming to complete the effective control force of settlement refinement of existing buildings in karst strata.
