ABSTRACT.
With the comprehensive development of market economy and modern enterprise system, the new enterprise development channel of enterprise merger and acquisition is gradually derived, which effectively promotes the development of domestic economy. It is necessary for enterprises, which want to achieve successful merger and acquisition, to evaluate an enterprise with scientific and applicable evaluation method which is pivotal to merge and acquisition. Based on the current economic background, the operating environment of an enterprise presents obvious uncertainty, and this characteristic factor not only affects the success or failure of various investments, but also determines the value of an enterprise. The process of M&A is the transfer of corporate right of control. The success of M&A depends largely on the accuracy of the evaluation of enterprises. The value analysis based on artificial intelligence will greatly improve the success rate of M&A. The continuous integration of artificial intelligence affects the development of many industries while providing convenience for them. With the assistance of artificial intelligence, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy evaluation method are used comprehensively to measure the weight of each factor in M&A of enterprises and precisely evaluate the M&A value of target enterprises by building comprehensive risk matrix.
