ABSTRACT.
The calculation of the optimal path when the shot put is thrown by the athlete can quickly improve the shot put performance of the player. In order to calculate the throw distance of shot put, it is necessary to establish the differential formula of optimal path calculation when throwing shot put through a kind of velocity ratio index of instantaneous vertical and horizontal direction, so as to realize the goal of path calculation. On the basis of mechanical research, an optimal path algorithm is proposed when shot put is thrown. Combined with the biomechanical mechanism to judge the action factors of shot put path, the shot put range formula is established, the highest value of shot put running path is obtained, the optimal distance change law module is determined, and the lead is judged. After throwing, a kind of instantaneous vertical and horizontal resistance to its velocity ratio, sets the differential formula of the optimal path when the shot put is thrown, and judges the optimal distance when the shot put is thrown by this formula. The simulation results show that the required methods have high detection accuracy, which is helpful to provide some theoretical basis for the effective training practice of coaches.
