ABSTRACT.
As an important driving force of social and economic development, enterprises must bear certain social responsibility in society, and people are the main driving force of enterprise operation, so the construction of corporate social responsibility must have a certain relationship with the human resources of enterprises. In view of this, this paper uses the mathematical function as the main research method to build the model of the interaction between corporate social responsibility construction and human resources, and studies the relationship between them. The final results show that there is a positive correlation between employees’ moral level and corporate social responsibility, but this correlation will decrease with the improvement of employees’ moral level. Through this study, it is proved that corporate social responsibility is bound to have a direct relationship with human resources. It is also hoped that this study can provide some reference and reference for enterprises in human resources recruitment and organization, and provide a basis for enterprises to undertake their due social responsibility.
