ABSTRACT.
Taekwondo is a sport that combines aerobic and anaerobic energy supply. It not only requires athletes to have short-term explosive power, but also needs to have the ability to maintain long-term and high-intensity performance. This requires athletes to have good aerobic and anaerobic endurance. Taekwondo athletes not only bear a greater physiological load in daily sports training and competition, but also face the psychological load brought by fierce competition. The recognized fatigue mechanism is based on the physiological and biochemical changes caused by the depletion of the required substances and accumulation of fatigue products, thus causing the body to regulate and coordinate dysfunction. This paper takes the recovery measures of Taekwondo as the main research object. Through the methods of sports massage, nutritional supplements, and positivity recovery, the body’s ability to eliminate fatigue and restore exercise can be promoted. The sports fatigue produced by Taekwondo athletes has its own characteristics. Combined with the characteristics of Taekwondo, the corresponding recovery means can effectively eliminate the athlete’s fatigue state.
