ABSTRACT.
The evaluation of teaching quality needs to consider many factors. Its evaluation algorithm cannot be determined by a simple formula, but must be determined by synthesizing various evaluation factors and taking into account their weights. How to correctly, objectively and effectively evaluate the teaching quality of middle school English education teachers is also an important aspect of the reasonable allocation of school resources and overall planning. Based on the idea that genetic algorithm adopts the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper constructs a fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation model of basic genetic algorithm and tests it with an example. This model is simple, easy to master, practical and feasible, and easy to popularize.
