ABSTRACT.
With the development of global economic integration, financial security has become a common problem facing the world. How to realize financial security and how to ensure the risk management of commercial banks are also common issues discussed by all countries in the world. In the process of social and economic development, modern commercial banks play a role in raising and financing funds, guiding the flow of assets, improving the efficiency of capital utilization and adjusting the overall social demand. The development of risk measurement technology in modern banking mainly focuses on improving the construction of enterprise reporting index system. In the field of financial rating, using genetic algorithm technology to find and find more information of bank customers, suppliers, market and internal process optimization will provide more extensive and effective decision-making basis for bank decision-makers and improve the strategic competitiveness of banks. This paper focuses on the genetic algorithm in the intelligent algorithm. In the data preprocessing part, combined with the theory of rough set, it discusses and studies the financial rating of commercial banks’ credit customers.
