ABSTRACT.
Facing the modern development of school education and the requirements of the national new curriculum reform, the current mainstream classroom teaching evaluation standards are increasingly revealing problems and deficiencies. Classroom teaching quality evaluation is a complicated process. Although the traditional weighted score is simple and easy to implement, it can’t make people clear the distribution of teaching work in each evaluation grade only from an abstract comprehensive score. Scientific teaching quality evaluation system and effective operation mechanism are of positive significance for promoting teaching reform and improving teaching quality. The evaluation of teachers’ teaching quality is very important. To make it scientific, we must quantify the evaluation results. The grey clustering method of grey system theory is a quantitative method. Based on the characteristics of classroom teaching in colleges and universities, this paper proposes an evaluation index system of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities and establishes a grey clustering evaluation model of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities.
