ABSTRACT.
As an important part of the management system, ideological and political education bears the management responsibilities and functions of management activities. Scientific management is a necessary condition for the smooth progress and realization of ideological and political theory education, which has the functions of prediction, guidance and control, etc. K-mean clustering is a common and important clustering algorithm, its principle is simple and easy to realize, and it has a good effect on clustering with dense results and obvious differences between clusters; In this paper, the K-means clustering algorithm is improved by the idea of globalization, which improves the stability of the algorithm and optimizes the clustering results. Promote the development of high-quality information acquisition, efficient information transmission, scientific information analysis and processing, and provide effective information support for enhancing the timeliness of ideological and political education management and teaching for college students.
