ABSTRACT.
Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important force to promote the development of national economy and play an irreplaceable role in a country’s economic and social development. The rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises, with the advantages of flexible mechanism and rapid growth, has not only become the cradle of large-scale high-tech enterprises, but also played an important role in national independent innovation and economic development. Evaluating the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises can judge the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China as a whole and objectively analyze the industrial structure and regional distribution of small and medium-sized enterprises. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is a method to evaluate things after fuzzy transformation according to the given evaluation criteria and specific evaluation values, considering the influence of various factors in the fuzzy environment. Based on the method of fuzzy analysis, this paper quantifies the research content and explores a new method for the comprehensive evaluation of small and medium-sized enterprises’ network growth ability.
