ABSTRACT.
The financing of SMEs has long attracted the attention of governments and societies. Since China’s reform and opening up, the private economy represented by small and medium-sized enterprises has flourished, but it has always been accompanied by credit problems. Supply chain finance, as a new financing model aimed at providing financial services to SMEs, has gradually become a new field for domestic commercial banks to expand their businesses, optimize profit models, and increase competitiveness. Today’s commodity market is changing rapidly, demand is diversified, and service informatization is a basic trend. Among various forms of credit, corporate credit risk has become the core risk in the credit economic relationship. From the perspective of supply chain finance in the past, SME credit risk evaluations are mostly conducted at isolated time points, which may cause the index data to change significantly for some reasons, which may lead to incorrect evaluation results. Based on this, this paper builds a credit risk evaluation model for SMEs from the perspective of supply chain finance based on fuzzy influence graph evaluation algorithm.
