ABSTRACT.
The students trained under the traditional exam-oriented education mode can’t adapt to the trend of the times and meet the demand of talents in today’s society. Music education in colleges and universities has been continuously reformed, and the work of cultivating students’ innovative ability is also constantly advancing. Today, when we advocate the establishment of an innovative society, the rapid development of information technology and the cultivation of innovative talents are important issues of concern to school education in every country. Teaching quality is the lifeline of colleges and universities. In order to better carry out the curriculum reform and improve the teaching quality, colleges and universities have established a teaching quality assurance and monitoring system. Teaching quality evaluation is an important part of teaching quality assurance and monitoring system, and also an important part of teaching work in Colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the meaning of teaching quality, this paper attempts to determine the evaluation index system of the teaching quality of college music teachers through the qualitative research process, and use the structural equation to measure the dimension structure of the evaluation index of teaching quality.
