ABSTRACT.
In the early 1990s, the preparatory group of China Taekwondo Association was established. This marks the beginning of Taekwondo in China. Taekwondo technique and tactics is an important part of Taekwondo training. The success or failure of the competition often depends on the level of athletes’ technique and tactics training. Taekwondo athletes’ fatigue in training will reflect slowness and lack of concentration. Due to the dominant technical elements in the winning factors, it is difficult for tactical application ability to be the decisive factor in winning or losing. The tactical composition should include four parts: tactical thinking, tactical knowledge, tactical awareness, and tactical action. It is very important to establish a complete and practical recovery system for Taekwondo sports for the Taekwondo movement. Based on the improved genetic algorithm, this paper analyzes the technical and tactical application characteristics of Chinese Taekwondo athletes. It provides a new scientific and theoretical basis for the application and training of various techniques in the competition of Taekwondo athletes in China. Thereby enabling athletes to form a certain dynamic shape.
