ABSTRACT.
Increases based on the consumption of agricultural products, production, distribution, and the impact on the environment and resources increase pressure on companies and governments. The main problem in the sustainable development plan, in the procurement network, comprises a method to ensure the participation of producers and small-scale farmers; they are institutional to meet the safety and regulation of the quality of strict food measures. In particular, retail bonds can play an essential role in creating a food chain of sustainable agriculture. Agri-food supply chain and the network play a vital role in providing access to the producers to the market. They will give the rural economy, society, the impact on the sustainability of the environment. Conditions Value at Risk (CVAR) attempts to solve the VaR model used to measure the level of disadvantage in the financial risk of statistical methods in companies or specific time frames in the portfolio.
